President on way to Thakurgaon

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir left Dhaka for a two-day visit to his home district Thakurgaon as President.

He departed for Thakurgaon by helicopter at around 11:15AM on Sunday.

As part of his itinerary, the president is scheduled to land at the Shahid Mohammad Ali Stadium ground in Thakurgaon and then proceed to the district Circuit House, where he will receive a guard of honour.
