122 meritorious students felicitated at Bagatipara

BAGATIPARA, NATORE, Sept 11: The authorities of Quadirabad Cantonment Public School in Bagatipara Upazila of the district felicitated 122 meritorious students at the school auditorium on Thursday morning. 

This year, recognition crests were presented to 77 GPA-5 scorers in the SSC examination and 45 junior scholarship holders.
Cantonment Executive Officer Md Rafiul Alam, the chief guest, handed the recognition crests to the students.

In his speech, he said there is no substitute for students’ perseverance. “If you work hard with a specific goal in mind, success will certainly come,” he said.

The school’s Head Teacher Ratan Chandra Dutta chaired the programme. Teacher Mosharraf Hossain conducted the event. Among the guests were Qadirabad Cantonment Sapper College Principal Touhidul Haque, Head Teacher of Mahmudul Hasan Sapper Primary School Golam Sarwar Tipu and Murshida Khatun, a parent representative on the school’s managing committee.
