
A three-member high-level delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited the Bangladesh High Commission in Islamabad on Tuesday during a two-day tour.
The delegation was led by Secretary for East and West and Inspector General of Missions Ambassador Md Nazrul Islam.
Bangladesh High Commissioner to Pakistan Md Iqbal Hossain Khan received the delegation at the mission.
The Defence Adviser, Deputy High Commissioner, Press Counsellor, Counsellor (Consular), head of chancery and other officials and employees of the High Commission were present.
Deputy Secretary of the Finance Division Abdul Mannan and Assistant Secretary (Projects) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Md Shafqat Mosharraf were also members of the delegation.
The delegation visited the newly built chancery complex of the Bangladesh High Commission in the Diplomatic Enclave in Islamabad.
Each member of the delegation planted a tree on the High Commission premises.
