SAFF C’ship fixture schedule revealed

The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) has officially unveiled the fixture for the SAFF Championship, with Bangladesh set to host the region's premier football tournament from November 5 to 17.

Host Bangladesh have been placed in Group A alongside Bhutan and Sri Lanka and will begin their campaign against Bhutan on November 5.

Bangladesh will play their second and final group match against Sri Lanka on November 11.

Group B comprises India, Pakistan and the Maldives. Each team will play two matches in the group stage, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semifinals. The two semifinals will be played on November 14, while the title-deciding final is scheduled for November 17. The fixture schedule remains subject to revision, pending confirmation of Nepal's participation in the tournament.    �"BSS
