Fire breaks out at cloth warehouse in Ctg New Market

A fire broke out at a cloth warehouse on the third floor of New Market B Block in Kotwali area of Chattogram on Thursday morning.
The fire started around 10:15am. Two units from the Fire Service’s Nandankanan station reached the spot and began efforts to put out the fire.
The fire was brought under control around 10:50 AM, according to the Fire Service control room.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not immediately known. Officials said the details would be known after an investigation.
