Two cocktails exploded in quick succession in front of the Bangladesh Television (BTV) centre in the capital’s Rampura area on Friday (September 18) night

The explosions occurred one after another near the BTV premises, triggering panic among people in the area.

No casualties or injuries were immediately reported in connection with the blasts.

Details about who was behind the explosions and the motive were not immediately known.

Law enforcement agencies are expected to investigate the incident and examine the circumstances surrounding the blasts.
