Partially decomposed body of teen found in public toilet

Police recovered the partially decomposed body of an unidentified 16-year-old boy from an abandoned room of a public toilet in Shyampur, Dhaka, on Friday morning.

The body was found under the Jurain Railway Bridge and was sent to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy after legal procedures.

Shyampur police SI Mohammad Kamal Hossain said the boy had a deep injury mark on his right forehead and was wearing shorts and a T-shirt.

Police suspect he may have died from the injury, but the exact cause of death will be known after the autopsy report.
