Azhari concerned over Makkah, Madinah security

Islamic scholar Mizanur Rahman Azhari has expressed concern over security threats to Makkah and Madinah, praying to Allah to protect the two holy cities from all kinds of harm.

In a post on his verified Facebook page on Sunday (October 11) afternoon, Azhari described the two cities as the heartbeat of the Muslim Ummah.

He said reports of attacks on the holy land and threats to the safety of innocent Umrah pilgrims were deeply concerning and distressing.
