Legendary Bollywood playback singers Kumar Sanu and Udit Narayan, whose voices defined the Indian music landscape in the 1990s, have reunited for a duet after a 21-year hiatus.

The duo has lent their voices to the track "Suniyo Zara" for Sunny Deol's upcoming film Soorya.

According to Indian media reports, "Suniyo Zara" will serve as the lead single for the M. Padmakumar-directed crime thriller Soorya: From the End to the Beginning. The track features Kumar Sanu and Udit Narayan alongside singer Anupam Amod, with the music video picturised on Sunny Deol, Ravi Kishan, and other cast members.

The two veteran vocalists last sang together in 2005 for the track "Kahan Ho Tum" in the hit comedy film No Entry. Their upcoming collaboration also marks their first joint playback track for a Sunny Deol film in 24 years, following their 2002 duet in Karz: The Burden of Truth.

Released under Zee Music Company, the teaser for "Suniyo Zara" was unveiled on October 26, 2026, with the full song scheduled for release on October 27.

Composed by Raahi—an artist associated with Pritam’s music production platform Jam8—the friendship-themed track features lyrics written by Priya Saraiya.
