Bollywood villain Mukesh Rishi makes Dhallywood debut

Bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi, known for his powerful villainous roles alongside stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, is set to make his debut in Bangladeshi cinema with the upcoming film ‘Nasib’.

Directed by Mohammad Iqbal, the film will feature Rishi as the main antagonist. The actor is expected to arrive in Bangladesh later this month to take part in the shooting.

Confirming the casting, director Mohammad Iqbal told the media that Rishi would play the villain in his new film ‘Nasib’. He said the Bollywood actor would participate in the shooting of several important action sequences.

Although widely recognised for his negative roles in Bollywood, Rishi has enjoyed a diverse acting career across several Indian film industries. Besides Hindi cinema, he has appeared in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi films, remaining active in the industry since the 1990s.

He gained widespread popularity for his portrayal of Bulla in the film ‘Gunda’. His menacing screen presence and distinctive dialogue delivery made the character particularly memorable among audiences.

Rishi has since established himself as a familiar face in several popular Bollywood productions through his performances as an antagonist.

His debut in Bangladeshi cinema through ‘Nasib’ is expected to add a new dimension to the film, with audiences now waiting to see how the veteran actor brings his trademark screen presence to Dhallywood.
