Youth commits suicide in Bogura

A youth died after committing suicide in Adamdighi upazila of Bogura district on Friday evening.

The deceased was identified as Majedul Islam, 22, son of Shamsul Haque Samu, a resident of Komarpur village under Chatiangram union in the upazila.

According to local sources, Majedul was found hanging from the ceiling of his house.

Being informed, police recovered his body from the spot.

Adamdighi Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Ataur Rahman confirmed the death and said that an unnatural death (UD) case has been filed.
