Nat’l Fruit Fair held in N’ganj

NARAYANGANJ, June 30: The District Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) has organised the National Fruit Fair-2026 on Monday. 

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md Raihan Kabir was the chief guest at the fair organised on the premises of Narayanganj Sadar Upazila Parishad on Monday morning. At this time, Zilla Parishad Administrator Professor Md Mamun Mahmud, Deputy Director of the District DAE Ahsan Shahid Sarkar, Upazila Nirbahi Officer SM Fayez Uddin, Sadar Upazila Agriculture Officer Mahmuda Hasnat and many others were present. Forty varieties of local fruits and fruit trees were displayed in the fair. 

The DC said that this fair has been organised in Narayanganj like the rest of the country to introduce the common people and students to local fruits.
