MP Bulu launches walkway work in Noakhali

NOAKHALI, July 30: BNP Vice-Chairman and Noakhali-3 Constituency MP Barkat Ullah Bulu inaugurated the construction of a walkway at a cost of Tk 14.69 crore on the College Road canal bank of Chaumuhani Municipality on Thursday afternoon.

Begumganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Kayesur Rahman, Upazila BNP Convener Kamakhya Chandra Das, Chaumuhani Municipality BNP Convener Zahir Uddin Harun and leaders and activists of BNP's affiliate organisations were present at that time.

BNP Vice-Chairman and Noakhali-3 Constituency MP Barkat Ullah Bulu said that the implementation of the walkway project for the development of canal excavation will largely eliminate various long-standing communication problems of the people of this area. 

There is no alternative to building planned infrastructure for the development of Noakhali. The current government is implementing development programmes by giving importance to the needs of the people.
