Meghmallar's health condition improving

Meghmallar Basu, one of the central council members of the Network for People’s Action (NPA) and also the former president of Dhaka University Bangladesh Chhatra Union, is now recovering.

According to NPA, Meghmallar Basu has started showing signs of improvement.

This was stated by the Network for People’s Action (NPA) in a statement on Wednesday night.

Meghmallar Basu, who is under treatment in the Dhaka Medical College Hospital ( DMCH), was moved to the intensive care unit on Wednesday evening in order to monitor him closely.

As stated by the doctors, according to the statement of NPA, the results of his CT scan and other laboratory tests have been encouraging. The process of treatment and monitoring is ongoing for him.

Meghmallar Basu was found unconscious near the gate of Suhrawardy Udyan early Tuesday morning.
