CVASU students get medical kit boxes

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 5: Medical kit boxes containing essential instruments were distributed on Monday among 28th batch students of  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) programme at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU).

The distribution ceremony was held at CVASU auditorium, organised by Department of Medicine and Surgery in collaboration with Square Pharmaceuticals.

CVASU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Mohammad Yusuf Elahi Chowdhury attended the event as the chief guest, while Professor Dr Monowar Sayeed Pallab, head of the Department of Medicine and Surgery, presided over the programme.

Among others, Professor Gautam Kumar Debnath, dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Professor Dr A.K.M. Saifuddin, director (external affairs); Professor Dr Mohammad Rashedul Alam, director (student welfare); Professor Dr Azizunnesa, director (veterinary clinics); and Mizanur Rahman, sales manager of the Agrovet Division at Square Pharmaceuticals, were present at the event.
