Youth development recruitment test set for Oct 16

The Department of Youth Development has rescheduled the suspended preliminary recruitment examination for assistant upazila youth development officer posts for October 16 at 3PM following allegations of question paper leakage.

The department announced the revised schedule in a notice issued on Saturday (October 10). Candidates will be informed of the new examination date and time through SMS, according to the notice. 

The examination was originally scheduled for 11AM on Saturday but was postponed before it began after reports of the question paper circulating on social media came to the authorities’ attention. 

Meanwhile, a five-member investigation committee, headed by an additional secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has been formed to investigate the alleged leak. The committee has been asked to submit its report within three working days.
