Youth detained over post claiming Mirpur police car arson

Uttara West Police detained a youth named Rajib Chandra Das on Sunday (November 1), after he posted a confession on Facebook claiming responsibility for setting fire to a police vehicle during the garment worker protests in Mirpur.
The operation took place between 11:00 PM and 11:50 PM near Paragon Field, at House No. 55, Road No. 01, Sector-09 under Uttara West Police Station.
Following his detention at his current residence in Sector-09, Uttara, police verified that the suspect's permanent address is in Tulasar, Ward No. 04, Shariatpur district.
