The Advertising Agencies Association of Bangladesh (AAAB), in partnership with Aleph, hosted an exclusive in-person session on AI-powered advertising with Google for senior leaders of AAAB member agencies at Aleph's office in Gulshan, Dhaka recently. The closed-door session was designed for agency owners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers, says a press release.

The session was led by Tara Yoon, Google Ads Business Lead for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, who brings nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing and has led sales strategy and ecosystem growth for Google's advertising solutions across emerging markets. Representing AAAB were Syed Ahsanul Apon (General Secretary), and M A Maruf (Joint Secretary). Aleph was represented by Ehsanul Hoque (Country Director, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) and Ahsanur Rahman (Partner Director, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka).

A total of 22 advertising agencies participated in the session, representing a strong mix of established full-service agencies and digitally focused agencies, reflecting the breadth and evolving maturity of Bangladesh's advertising and media landscape. The format enabled focused dialogue and peer-level exchange among industry leaders.

During the session, Ms. Yoon shared insights on how AI is reshaping advertising through smarter media planning, performance optimization, creative effectiveness, and measurement within Google's advertising ecosystem. She highlighted how agencies can leverage AI-powered tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business outcomes in an increasingly competitive market.
