Prez returns home after medical treatment in UK

President Mohammed Shahabuddin has returned home after medical treatment and health check-up in the UK.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines commercial flight BG-202 carrying the president landed at Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport at 10:50am on Monday, his office said in a media statement.

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Md Asaduzzaman, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps Yusuf SY Ramadan, Counsellor of the British High Commission Alison J Cross and secretaries and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister's Office and the President's Office welcomed the president at the airport.

The president left for London on May 9 on his doctor's advice for follow-up treatment and a health check-up.    �" bdnews24
