Ethnic people get aid in Natore

BARAIGRAM, NATORE, June 20: In order to improve the quality of life of the small ethnic groups in the plains, under the initiative of the Prime Minister's Office and organised by the Baraigram Upazila Administration, scholarships, bicycles and sewing machines for the fiscal year 2025-2026 have been distributed among the beneficiaries on the Upazila Parishad premises on Saturday.

On this occasion, Natore-4 Constituency Member of Parliament Alhaj Md Abdul Aziz was present as the chief guest in the programme organised under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Laila Jannatul Ferdous. Upazila BRDB Chairman Md Jamal Uddin Ali was present as the special guest. In the programme, sewing machines were distributed among 3 housewives of the upazila, bicycles among 5 students and scholarship money among 31 students.
