Foundation stone laid for Natore scout training building

NATORE, June 22: Natore-2 Constituency MP M Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu laid the foundation stone for ICT-based Natore scout’s training building at Halfrasta area in the district town on Saturday.

At that time, Whip Dulu said, “There is a lot of scope for the scout members to be involved with the development works of the country through the scout movement.”

Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Natore and President of the District Rover Scout Asma Shahin presided over the function.

Additional Secretary of the Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance Abu Saleh Md Mohiuddin Khan and Project Director of the Cub Scouting Project Md Ruhul Amin were present as the special guests. 

The official sources said, the new building of the scout training centre will be completed at a cost of Tk 3 crore and the construction work will be finished in the coming one year.
