‎Police return 80 recovered lost mobile phones in Naogaon

‎Police in Naogaon have recovered 80 mobile phones reported lost in July and returned them to their rightful owners.
‎

‎A handover ceremony was held at the conference room of the Naogaon Superintendent of Police’s office on Sunday afternoon. Superintendent of Police Mohammad Tarikul Islam attended the event as the chief guest and handed over the recovered phones to their owners.
‎
‎Many of the recipients expressed their satisfaction and gratitude after getting their lost phones back.
‎
‎According to district police, a special team comprising members of the ICT, Crime and Detective branches investigated general diaries (GDs) filed at different police stations and traced and recovered the phones under the direction of the police superintendent.
‎
‎Mohammad Tarikul Islam said mobile phones have become an important part of everyday life, adding that the police are pleased to be able to return lost devices to their owners.
‎
‎He said Naogaon District Police remain active in recovering all reported lost mobile phones and will continue their efforts to do so.
‎
‎Additional Superintendent of Police (Finance and Administration) Monirul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB) Sheikh Mohammad Jinnah Al Mamun and other police officials were also present at the event.
