Dhaka and its adjacent areas may experience cloudy skies alongside light rain or thunderstorms during the six-hour period starting from 7:00 AM on Monday, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
The morning weather bulletin indicates that winds may blow from the south or south-easterly direction at speeds of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour. Daytime temperatures across the capital are expected to remain largely unchanged.
According to the Met Office, the recorded temperature in Dhaka at 6:00 AM stood at 28.8 degrees Celsius, with relative humidity reaching 90 per cent. The maximum temperature recorded in the capital yesterday was 34.8 degrees Celsius.
A total of 14 millimeters of rainfall was recorded in Dhaka over the past 24 hours. Sunset on Monday is scheduled for 6:04 PM, with Tuesday's sunrise expected at 5:52 AM.
