US Embassy urges travellers to ensure adequate financial resources

The United States Embassy in Dhaka has urged prospective travellers to ensure they have sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses while visiting the United States.

This includes the ability to meet unexpected costs, such as disruptions to travel plans or medical emergencies.

"While planning your trip to the United States, make sure you have adequate financial capacity to bear your own expenses, including any unforeseen costs that may arise during travel or in case of medical emergencies," the embassy said in a new advisory.
