Tk 10cr road dev works launched at Dhamoirhat

DHAMOIRHAT, NAOGAON, Apr 19: Local MP Engineer Md Enamul Haque laid foundation stones of seven important rural roads at a cost of Tk 10 crore from Saturday morning to noon to improve the overall communication system of Dhamirhat Upazila of the district.
 
These roads include five roads in Isabpur Union of the upazila and two roads in Jahanpur Union. Under the Rural Infrastructure Development Project of the district, the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) is implementing seven road development works (paving) at a cost of Tk 10,14,36,000. 

Present at the time were Assistant Commissioner (Land) Sajjad Parvez, Upazila Engineer Abdul Hakim, Jahanpur UP Chairman Md Golam Kibria, District Jamaat Assistant Secretary Maruf Ahmed, Upazila Nayebe-e-Ameer and former UP chairman Mawlana Md Ataur Rahman, Upazila Youth Division Secretary Abu Saleh Musa, Isabpur UP Chairman Mahfuzul Alam Lucky, Isabpur Union Jamaat Ameer Mawlana Abdur Razzak and others.

MP Engineer Md Enamul Haque said that such work will continue to improve the quality of life of the people.
