Chanchal Chowdhury sparks laughter with witty football meme on social media
Popular Bangladeshi actor Chanchal Chowdhury has added a new layer to the ongoing football craze by sharing a hilarious meme on social media, following Argentina’s historic semifinal victory. This comes after a viral online banter between film actor Omar Sani and TV host Shahriar Nazim Joy.
Emotional scene from an old Bangladeshi film was used to create the meme. The meme featured Harry Kane, English football star and popular Bangladeshi actress Moushumi, who is sitting beside him.
Text on the meme read, ‘Please wake up and score a goal! How long do I keep defending you to the neighbors with all that talk about committees?’
Sharing the meme, Chanchal Chowdhury added his own witty caption: ‘Celebrate the victory later... first console those who lost.’
