Oscar-winning director Kevin Macdonald wants to make documentary on Shah Rukh Khan

Oscar-winning director Kevin Macdonald has said that he is interested in making a documentary on Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, adding that he has remained fascinated by his international fame.

Macdonald has said that he had already conducted some preliminary talks with Shah Rukh over the matter but it didn’t go through since the timing wasn’t appropriate. “Maybe he will contact me in the future to do it,” Macdonald has quipped.

The filmmaker is also interested in doing a documentary on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Macdonald has recently completed directing a four-part documentary A Beautiful Obsession on Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola’s last two years.
