Kareena claims No. 1 actor tag, Saif calls himself ‘miscast’

Kareena Kapoor has jokingly claimed the No. 1 actor tag among the current crop of Bollywood stars, while her husband Saif Ali Khan has described himself as “miscast” on the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan 9.

The teaser for the fourth episode of the ninth season, featuring the celebrity couple, was unveiled on Monday (November 2). This marks their second joint appearance on the show, following their previous appearance in Season 3 in 2010.

In the teaser, Kareena takes a dig at host Karan Johar, saying she is “happy and relieved” that the show is approaching its final season, adding that they no longer have to keep appearing on it.

Karan responds by thanking her for showing sensitivity towards the show's final season. Saif then interrupts the exchange, saying he feels he is “miscast” on the show.

When Karan asks Kareena to name the No. 1 actor among the current generation, she gives an expected response. Saif jokingly tells her that she is allowed to praise other actors as well.
