Yumna Zaidi Set to Return With New Pairings and Sequels

Yumna Zaidi is one of the most popular and leading actresses in Pakistan’s television industry. She won a special place in viewers’ hearts around the world with her remarkable portrayal of Meerab in the drama Tere Bin.

Now, fans in Bangladesh and across the subcontinent are eagerly waiting to find out when and with which project the actress will return to the small screen.

After a short break, Yumna is now set to return with a number of new projects. From reunions with popular on-screen partners to new pairings with fellow actors, viewers can expect several exciting surprises. According to various sources in the entertainment industry, today’s report looks at four of Yumna Zaidi’s most anticipated upcoming dramas.

1. Cafe Firaq

There is strong speculation in Pakistan’s entertainment industry that Yumna Zaidi will star in a new drama titled Cafe Firaq. Talented actor Ahad Raza Mir is reportedly set to appear opposite her for the first time. The drama’s dialogues have reportedly been written around the story of an Iranian family. Filming is expected to begin soon.

Fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing the new on-screen chemistry between Ahad and Yumna.

2. Tere Bin 2

One of the most talked-about projects of Yumna Zaidi’s career is Tere Bin 2. In the second installment of the blockbuster drama, Yumna will reportedly return as Meerab, while Wahaj Ali will reprise his role as Murtasim.

3. Laila Majnu

Fans are also highly curious about Yumna Zaidi and Bilal Abbas Khan’s upcoming drama Laila Majnu. Produced by iDream Entertainment and directed by Haseeb Hasan, the project has generated considerable interest.

Although the names of several other stars were initially being discussed, Yumna and Bilal currently appear to be the most likely choices for the lead roles. However, an official announcement regarding the final casting is still awaited.

4. Parizaad 2

Another highly anticipated project among viewers is Parizaad 2. Work on the drama’s pre-production has already begun.

There are reportedly discussions about bringing back the popular on-screen pairing of Yumna Zaidi and Ahmed Ali Akbar. The sequel is being developed under the guidance of the original writer, Hashim Nadeem Khan, who is giving the story a new direction.
