Sylhet gets yet another new DC

The government has now appointed Abdullah Al Mamun, a deputy secretary at the Information and Communication Technology Division, as the new deputy commissioner (DC) of Sylhet.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.

The appointment came just 11 days after the government transferred Cumilla DC Md Reza Hasan to Sylhet on June 28.

However, Reza Hasan did not join his new workplace during that period. The government has now appointed Abdullah Al Mamun as the new DC of the district.    �"UNB
