Noakhali robbers plunder Tk 10 lakh goods

A brutal robbery took place at the Power Battery and IPS Mart shop in Maijdi of Noakhali at the break of dawn, where around Tk. 10 lakh worth of batteries and IPS were stolen.

The incident took place at Mofiz Plaza in the city around 4:20 AM on Sunday (September 7).

Md. Samir Uddin, victim and owner of the store, said a group of robbers broke the lock of the shop and entered inside in the early hours of the morning.

During this time, the robbers made off with goods worth approximately Tk 10 lakh, including IPS and batteries of various companies from shop.

Upon learning of the incident, the police inspected the spot. They ensured preparations are underway to file a case.
