De Bruyne denies trying to leave Napoli

Kevin De Bruyne has denied trying to force an exit from Napoli during the summer transfer window amid speculation over his future at the Serie A club.
The Belgium midfielder had previously been linked with a move away from Napoli after reports of disagreements with former coach Antonio Conte, who has since been replaced by Massimiliano Allegri.
De Bruyne, however, said he did not speak to anyone about leaving the club during the summer. He said he simply enjoyed his holiday before returning to Naples.
Napoli have made a difficult start to their Serie A title defence, collecting seven points from their opening five matches. De Bruyne has made six appearances this season, scoring once and providing one assist.
