Acting Foreign Minister Humayun Kabir led Bangladesh's delegation at the opening session of the pre-CHOGM Commonwealth Foreign Ministers' Meeting in St John's, Antigua and Barbuda, on Monday (November 2).

The meeting brought together representatives from 56 Commonwealth member countries to review the organisation's activities and discuss its future priorities.

Kabir is also scheduled to address the high-level ministerial and heads-of-government sessions at the 28th CHOGM, being held from November 1 to 4, and hold bilateral meetings with representatives of other countries.
